Use content managment lite functions for information page content

Use the same content managment-lite model for the information page content as the home page content. Allow the editing of content including being able to (re)set the expiration date of the content.

Also, change the presentation of the message/announcement/news content to pay attention to expiration date based on rules configured in the admin interface.
