Is there a way to re-instate deleted player

I'm wondering if there is a way to re-activate a deleted player? The name was changed to "Deleted Player" and I tried adding a new user with same email and that fails. What is the easiest way to reactivate a deleted play for my hosted ladder>

If you know who the 'deleted player' was, just edit their name and email info back into the FName and LName columns in your SQL table. They will have to request a new password.
I took away the option to remove yourself from the ladder so all historical results would show names instead of Deleted PlayerX- I just pointed the remove link to the 'resting ' feature so their position goes to 0 and nobody can challenge them.
