Ladder users cannot cancel or forfeit matches

Has anyone had an issue where a new ladder they setup no one but the admin can cancel challenges or forfeit matches? I can do it for my challenges, but no one else can. Please let me know if you have ideas.

Issue resolved

This was because when the system checks to see if the cancel (or forfeit) button should be displayed, it compares the email address of the logged in user with the email address of that player as registered. It is a case sensitive check so if one has capitals in it and the other not then neither button is displayed. Now fixed.
