I Want to Remove All Deleted Players and Start Over Again

Hello.
I have a hosted ladder that completed its season, so I deleted all the players so we could start a new season. Now some of the same players try to register for the new season, they get a message that their email address is already in use, and they are not allowed to register.

When the deleted players login using their previous email and password, they are allowed to rejoin the ladder BUT their name shows up as "Deleted Player".

Is there a way to change the player's name from "Deleted Player"? Or, can I somehow get the deleted players removed entirely so that they are allowed to re-use their email address?

Also, how can I get the "Number of Challenges" reset to zero?

In other words, I would like to have a complete reset of the ladder (except for all the text instructions. Can that be done?

Unfortunately not something

Unfortunately not something that can be done within the ladder yet. This has to be done manually in the databse which can be time consuming.

Deleted player 11

I have the same problem on my ladder: http://squash-ladder.net/nelen-schuurmans, I have 1 Deleted Player 11 wich I would like to remove from the ladder.
