Support for http://sports-ladder.net/ (hosted site) ?

Does anyone monitor questions/support requests about the hosted site?

I have a pyramid set up. It seems that users can't challenge others above them (no click-able name links to create a challenge)unless the players above them have themselves already have had a challenge recorded (and have an ELO number). This prevents challenges from being made.
