Problems joining competitive ladder

Hi,

I would like to join the Stanford competitive squash ladder, but am having trouble logging on.

I registered, and clicked on the activation link which takes me to the ladder main page. After I enter my login details in the login screen, a message, "You could not be logged in - you must have entered the wrong email or password" appears. My login details are correct, and I've tried different email addresses and passwords.

Is there something wrong here?
