Player can't login

User stevelco can't seem to login. I sent 2 new passwords via the link provided but says he is not receiving them.

Suggestions please.

similar problems

I am having similar problems that members can not create new account logins or register.

I have got them to email me and then done it through admin and sent them a password. They are added to the ladder but are not recognised as new members on the welcome page.
